Barbie gets lippy with MAC

Toymaker Mattel has announced that it will tie up with cosmetics company MAC for a range of Barbie cosmetics aimed at adults. This seems to be a change in strategy for Mattel, as previous Barbie cosmetics have always targeted young girls. Is this another case of nostalgia branding?
